Last time it was ergonomics, this time it’s a bit of tension reduction:
- Do yoga, get massages or do anything else that helps take tension out of your neck, shoulders and back.
- Make this a part of your weekly routine, even if that means training your partner to give a good massage.
The longer that tension stays in your body, the more likely it is to cause permanent problems! And remember it might take years to start to hurt you, but then it takes the same amount of time to get rid of the injury.
