I was looking for a gizmo that would help with making agnolotti and found one that was actually a form for dumplings. So, picture a circle that folds in half, creating a half circle with a crimped edge.
It had the following instructions on the back, which gave me a bit of a giggle:
Places on the model the stuffed dumpling skin
Places on the stuffed dumpling skin the stuffing
As soon as along the hypothes is model, is pressing the forming gently then.
I’d love to know how they got to “as soon as along the hypothes is model” considering it must be talking about folding the mould over before pressing the edges together gently. Thesaurus? Google Translate?
Anyway, kind of funny.
